Protected by a fail-safe shut-off during cold water supply failure, the Heatrae Sadia Pack U4 TMV3 Thermostatic Blending Valve maintains compliant TMV3 temperature control by blending hot and cold inlet water to regulate outlet temperature and prevent uncontrolled hot water discharge. It prevents legionella and scalding by allowing hot water to be stored above 60°C - the temperature needed to inhibit legionella bacteria - while delivering a safe, controlled outlet temperature at taps and showers. By automatically maintaining a pre-set outlet temperature and compensating for changes in inlet pressure and temperature via a thermostatic element, it is best suited to domestic and commercial environments including healthcare facilities, schools, and residential properties. Its durable construction supports long-term performance while consistently maintaining stable outlet conditions.
